Kingsport Fitness offers 24/7 keycard access and around the clock Tanning. Both locations have squat racks and deadlift platform, plate and pin loaded equipment,with multiple cardio exercise machines. Personal trainers available.

Everyone has a unique situation, and I'll strive to accommodate  yours. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for our patients. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.

Our trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan.

Brandie Godsey

Trainer

I started my own fitness journey in the spring of 2020.  After my weight reached its highest at 222 pounds. I completely changed my nutrition and started weight training.  I saw my weight and my health change in a matter of a few months.  My confidence and self-esteem changed, as I learned more and more about the body and the positive impacts proper nutrition and training had I became inspired.

I took my personal training certification through ISSA and became officially certified in November of 2020.  The way my life has changed and impacted by what I learned inspired me to help others become their best self.

Training, health, and nutrition have become my passion.  I love giving people the confidence to become the best version of themselves they can be.

Mac Manne

My name is Chrisopher Maxwell, many people call me Mac.  I have 5 years of experience with exercise and meeting my personal fitness goals.  I started off at  135 pounds with my goal being to build muscle mass.  I am currently at 170 pounds on my way to 200 pounds.  The feeling of accomplishing my goals and people asking me how and what it is I am doing is what inspired me to become a personal trainer.  In hopes to inspire more people.  I am here to help and motivate you to be the best version of yourself as well as regain confidence while meeting your goals of weight loss, weight/muscle gain, and body toning!

I started my fitness journey at the age of 14 when I realized I was overweight and needed help.  My friends encouraged me to go to the gym.  I dreamed of becoming a bodybuilder for several years and wanted to live a healthy lifestyle.  That inspired me to get my fitness certification, so that I could teach myself and use that education to help others to reach their personal fitness goals.  I am now certified with ISSA as a personal trainer, and I am looking forward to building relationships with the Kingsport Fitness members.

Crandal Curtis

I have been a certified trainer since 2017, but have been passionate about strength training for nearly two decades.  My training allows me to create your goal-specific personalized fitness program.  My certification in strength and conditioning is a perfect catalyst for athletes looking to expand their capacity to perform difficult athletic feats while remaining strong, and injury-free.  Contact me to reach your goals!!!

Adam Thompson

My name is Adam Thompson and I am a certified personal trainer at Kingsport Fitness.  I started working out about 6 years ago when I was going through some ups and downs, and I found that being more active helped me relieve stress and become the best me.  My goal is to reach 215 pounds then begin to lean out.

Being in the gym and seeing people change their lives inspired me to become a certified trainer.  I want everyone to be able to experience the feeling of achieving their goals and living their best life.  Anyone can do it, but some people may need a little direction and motivation.  I want to provide that direction and motivation!  Together, we can achieve great things!!
